    • Where is BOTA House?

    BOTA House is located in Spring Valley, Westlands, Nairobi, with convenient access to Waiyaki Way and the Westlands Expressway.

    The House is close to Westlands, Riverside and the UN area, with Upper Hill and other parts of Nairobi easily accessible via the main road network.

    • Can I visit BOTA House?

    Yes. BOTA House is best experienced in person, but visits are by appointment rather than walk-in.

    If you are considering membership, a meeting or a team arrangement, get in touch and we can arrange a suitable time to visit.

    • What are your opening hours?

    BOTA House is open:

    Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
    Saturday: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM

    Evening and Sunday access may be available by advance arrangement, depending on the membership or booking.

    • Is BOTA House open to the public?

    No. BOTA House is a private workspace with a curated membership and booking model. We do not operate as a walk-in coworking space.

    • What is BOTA House?

    BOTA House is a deliberately low-density workspace for individuals and small teams who value a well-designed, comfortable and private-feeling environment to work from.

    The House brings together shared workspaces, dedicated workstations, quieter rooms, meeting spaces and a garden, giving members different settings for different moments of the working day.

    • Is BOTA House a coworking space?

    BOTA House offers a coworking and shared workspace environment, but we have deliberately chosen a different approach to conventional coworking.

    We keep the House low-density and carefully managed. As one of our clients described it: “BOTA House is not where you go to cowork, but where you go to do deep work.”

    • Who is BOTA House for?

    BOTA House is designed for independent professionals and small teams who want a better place to work without moving into a conventional office.

    It suits people who value their working environment and want the flexibility to work from a place that feels considered, comfortable and professional.

    What membership options are available?

    There are two core membership options:

    BOTA Access gives you access to the shared workspace and wider House environment.

    BOTA Signature gives you a dedicated workspace of your own, together with the benefits of membership across the House.

    Membership is intentionally limited so that the House retains its private-feeling, low-density character.

    • Can I choose where I work?

    Access members can work from the shared workspaces throughout BOTA House, subject to availability.

    Signature members have a dedicated workstation reserved for them, while still being able to use the wider House.

    • Can I bring a guest?

    Yes. Members may bring guests in accordance with the House's guest policy. Guests should be registered or arranged in advance so that we can maintain the privacy and smooth operation of the House.

    • Do you offer meeting rooms?

    Yes. BOTA House has a collection of meeting and gathering spaces, including smaller meeting rooms, a boardroom and adaptable spaces for team sessions and professional gatherings.

    Members receive preferred rates on meeting space, depending on their membership.

    • Can I use BOTA House for a team meeting or strategy day?

    Yes. BOTA House offers spaces for executive meetings, team sessions, strategy days and professional gatherings.

    Our spaces are available for non-public, invite-only gatherings that require considered space and impactful business functions.

    • Is parking available?

    BOTA House does not operate as a public walk-in venue, and parking is limited. We recommend ride-share or drop-off arrangements for visitors and guests.

    Specific parking arrangements can be discussed when your visit or booking is confirmed.

    • Can I use BOTA House outside normal hours?

    Evening and Sunday access may be available by advance booking and is subject to the relevant membership or space arrangement.

    • Do you offer a business address?

    Yes. A BOTA House business address is available as an add-on to eligible membership arrangements.

    • Can I receive deliveries at BOTA House?

    Members can receive practical deliveries at the House, and our team can assist with arrangements such as Uber deliveries where appropriate.

    • Can I work from the garden?

    Yes. The garden is part of the House and provides additional places to work, meet or take a break, subject to availability and the nature of your booking.

    • Do you have Wi-Fi?

    Yes. BOTA House provides reliable high-speed internet for members and guests.

    • Can I host a private or social event at BOTA House?

    BOTA House is not a general-purpose social event venue. Our spaces are intended for professional, non-public and invite-only gatherings.

    • Do you offer day passes?

    BOTA House is membership-led rather than a walk-in coworking space. We do not operate on a general day-pass basis.

    • How do I become a member?

    Membership begins with a conversation. Tell us a little about how you work and what you are looking for, and we can help you find the right place at BOTA House.

    • Is BOTA House suitable for someone visiting Nairobi for work?

    Yes. BOTA House can be a professional base for visiting professionals, remote workers, digital nomads and small teams working from Nairobi. Our low-density environment offers a quieter, more private-feeling alternative to larger coworking spaces.
